Scott and I have developed the bad habit of falling asleep on our couch.  And we usually fall asleep far too early and wake up far too late.  Last night we fell asleep at 9pm and woke up at 2am!

This pattern is not good for the following reasons:

  1. Our necks
  2. My blogging schedule
  3. Getting a good nights sleep

So, I promise to work on NOT falling asleep on the couch.  Thank you.  That is all.
