So, yesterday was Valentine’s Day…a day that has a different meaning for everyone.  Some love it, some loath it, some don’t care about it, and some long for it.  Whatever your take on it, there is always someone in your life you can show you love: your mom, your friend, your neighbor.  It is a day that should be celebrated everyday, because the people you love should always feel loved…period.

We don’t need fluffy white bears, or over priced roses, or heart-shaped boxes of chocolates, or our names written in the sky…sometimes, football is exactly what we need.

So, yesterday, Scott and I spent part of the day with some of the people we love playing none other than…football.

Here’s to Valentine’s Day football and celebrating the people in your life.

All images were taken on my Instax Camera…love that thing! :)

Happy Monday!

Yesterday, Scott and I went to the USC vs. OSU football game at the Los Angeles Coliseum with my dad and sister….USC narrowly escaped with a victory (their defense needs to get it together people!).  Anyways, despite escaping with a win and the stress of the close game we all had a blast. After all, we are a football family.   My dad played football in high school and college, my dad started taking me to games when I was two, Scott has learned to love the sport over the years (and has jumped on the fantasy football band wagon as of recently) and Lisa, well I think she enjoys the people watching at a football game possibly more than the game, but she is right there to give you a high five when something great happens.  It was a wonderful day full of football and people I love…and I even snagged a few images :)

Fight On USC!

Happy Sunday!

Oh, football season I am so happy you are back :)

I grew up watching football with my dad (given that he has all daughters I think he hoped at least one of us would like football, and lucky for him, I do :) and so I have always loved the sport.  However, since I started school at USC back in 2002 I have become an even bigger fan.  And no, not a bandwagon fan that only likes them because they are good and blah, blah, blah, but because they are awesome! There is nothing like watching an SC game at the coliseum, and I am so happy that the season is starting up.  This is so much better than baseball.

Even Abby is excited :)

Football is back! Enough said.

Happy Football season, and of course…

Happy Thursday!
